Obituary for Alan S. Clark

Alan S. Clark, 65, of East Syracuse, died at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Syracuse, Al graduated from West Genesee High School and attended Alfred State College. He retired this past March from Liftech Equipment Co. after 40 years. He also worked as a special deputy at Shoppingtown and Fays Drug Store. He was active in the Cub Scouts, MKAA and ESM Pop Warner Football. He enjoyed traveling.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Elaine Pinkowicz Clark; two sons, Alan E. Clark (Andrea) of San Diego, CA and Jeffrey Lee Clark (Mala) of Punta Gorda, FL; grandchildren, Alexander T. Clark, Addison C. Clark, Jada Lee, Kaya Hope and Blake Forest; father, Albert S. Clark of Arizona; brothers, Kevin L. Clark and Robin D. Clark both of Arizona; and his beloved dog, Yoda. He was predeceased by his mother, Kay Lou Clark.
Family and friends may call from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm Saturday at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepp’s Corners Rd., Minoa. A service will follow the calling hours.
