Obituary for Melissa E. Crolick

Melissa E. Crolick, 37, of Fayetteville, passed away after a brief illness. She graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius High School in 1996 and SUNY Potsdam in 2000. Melissa worked as an event planner. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Church in Manlius; enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family especially her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her parents, Richard and Mary Ellen Crolick; brothers, Stephen D. (Maureen) Crolick and Sean F. Crolick; sisters, Linda (Timothy) Fingar and Erin (Joseph) Peters; nieces and nephews, Emily (Kevin) Knight, Jonathan Fingar, Shane Crolick; great niece, Kayleigh; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Michael and Ethel Crolick and Francis and Doris Lane.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Saturday at St. Ann’s Church, 104 Academy St., Manlius. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday at Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Rd., Manlius.
The family thanks the doctors and nurses of Crouse Hospital ICU for their compassionate care.
