The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Margaret McCormac can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Margaret D.  McCormac
Margaret Davidson McCormac died peacefully at home on June 24th, 2016 from pancreatic cancer. Margaret was raised in Wellesley, MA by Allen and Dorothy Davidson.
Her survivors include her husband Dean, married 58 years, and 3 children, Landy, Wendy (Tom), and Scott (Katy). She loved spending time with her grandchildren, Mac, Ryan, Kelly, Emma, Toby (Brigid) and great grand-daughter Cefy. Along with her parents, she will join in heaven her son Kent.
Margaret graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, MA and earned her Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Margaret liked sports and enjoyed her golf and tennis leagues. She loved going to Maine in the summer and had a green thumb for gardening.
Margaret had such a bright smile, warm infectious laugh and was loved by all that knew her. She will be sorely missed.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Association of Central New York, 4915-1/2 West Taft Road, Liverpool, NY.
Calling hours will be August 1, 2016 from 5 to 8 pm at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E, Genesee St, Fayetteville.
