Condolence: Our entire family was terribly sorry to hear this tragic news. We were always so fond of our Cahill cousins, and our hearts are with you during this difficult time. My mom is out of town and very sad not to be able to be there for the funeral. Others in the family are leaving to bring kids to college, etc. Please know how much we wish we could be there. You will all be in our prayers and thoughts. May God provide you some measure of comfort during these trying days, and we hope to see you in the near future.

Condolence: For unfortunate reasons I am forced to think of my old friend John. And as I think of him, I feel somewhat guilty, because although thru tears, I can't stop laughing. I've known John since elementary school, little league, failed attempts at c.y.o. basketball, school and of course football. If you measure a man by how much success he has, Skinny was the most successful man I ever met, for his primary goal was make people laugh, and man I did. I love you Skinny, and already miss you, but I will always laugh when I think of you. So please even now, as we all suffer, please allow yourself to laugh a little thru your tears. He would only have wanted it that way. Cahill family, my thoughts are with you now and always, god bless

Condolence: Dear Skinnys family,

Please accept my deepest sympathy in the passing of your Dad. I worked with him at Ethan Allen and have great memories of him. He was always there to help us out and make us laugh! At Christmas time he brought in great homemade cookies too. Please know you are in my thoughts in prayers during this difficult time. Sincerely, Alysia (Lawrence) Clary
